Mohammad Rabiul Basher Rubel, PhD1 Nadia Newaz Rimi, PhD2 Abstract: This study aims to investigate how the three aspects of business sustainability performance—economic, environmental, and social performance—are impacted by the five components of green supply chain management (GSCM). Eco-design, green purchasing, green manufacturing, green marketing, and internal environment management are the five areas of GSCM that this study addresses. Using cross-sectional survey data gathered from green ready- made garment (RMG) firms in Bangladesh, a research model was developed and tested by applying structural equation modeling. GSCM is positively related to three components of sustainable performance. The outcomes are critical in demonstrating the value of GSCM in enhancing the sustainable performance of green manufacturing businesses like RMG in Bangladesh.   Keywords: Green supply chain management, sustainable performance, green RMG organization, Bangladesh.
