Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily departmental tasks and projects across functions such as Retail Banking,
Corporate Banking, HR, Finance, Operations, and more
2. Conduct data entry, documentation, and basic reporting as needed
3. Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas
4. Support in organizing events, preparing presentations, and assisting with communications
6. Shadow professionals to understand banking operations and client service practices
7. Work collaboratively with teammates and cross-functional departments
8. Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Bank’s policies and ethical standards
Who Can Apply:
Undergraduate (final year) or postgraduate students from Business, Finance, Economics,
HRM, Marketing, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines
CGPA must be 3.00 and above
Must be enrolled in a recognized university or academic institution
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
