Work-life balance was the most significant predictor of employee performance, according to correlation and regression studies. While physical and psychological components had small but statistically insignificant effects. Higher productivity, job happiness, and organizational commitment were all significantly correlated with employees’ capacity to balance their personal and professional obligations. In contrast to focusing only on improving physical or psychological circumstances, the study finds that promoting work-life balance initiatives like flexible work schedules and supporting leave policies have a greater impact on increasing employee performance. To achieve long-term performance results, these findings highlight the significance of a comprehensive approach to workplace management, with a focus on developing policies that include employee well-being into organizational procedures.
